Only a few years after dental treatment from a private dentist, I was left with my crowns and replacement teeth falling out. It would now cost me £5,000 to sort out. In despair I searched and searched the web and by chance came across an advert about dentists possibly being taken to court over bad dentistry.  I jumped at the chance, what had I got to lose. Under my agreement I paid nothing to my solicitors if I didn’t have a case.

So I started the ball rolling and Hanna arranged for me to see a dental specialist in Manchester which I did, other than that there was very little done on my part. Hanna kept me updated about what was happening. It did time some time as  when I could no longer afford my private dentist I moved dentist about 3 - 4 times and poor Hanna had to find and check with each and every one of the dentists I had used.

It turned out that just about every single dentist I had been with had made bad mistakes with my teeth. I can only assume that NHS dentists tend to just pull teeth rather than save them. Hanna was able to find the proof in my records and xrays that my teeth could have been saved.  Therefore the dentists were at fault.

I can only praise Hanna for keeping going and researching each and every dentist that could have saved my teeth. I have nothing but praise and to top it all I can now afford to have my implants.  After all these years I will have a wonderful smile and will be able to throw my dentures in the bin. My 1st appointment is in a months’ time after taking my time to find the right dentist I want to use.
