We have a mixed bag of clients. Some know they’ve received negligent treatment, others just know that something is wrong. As specialists with deep industry knowledge, we know what we’re looking for and recognise the red flags and repeat shortcuts taken by some dentists.
We do this because we care and find it extremely rewarding to help clients who have been left in utter desperation. We hear harrowing stories of dental disasters every day, clients who have had teeth removed unnecessarily and been left with dentures they can’t tolerate, who are unable to socialise confidently, who are unable to eat taste or swallow properly and face the prospect of having to pay thousands of pounds for corrective treatment like dental implants, new crowns, veneers, bridges and treatment for gum disease.

We believe that the majority of dentists want to provide good quality care, but they are thwarted by the current NHS dental service in England and Wales. The NHS dental system is underfunded and is failing the public and dentists alike.
We support the charity Dentaid who provide volunteer dental services in the UK. The need for charities like Dentaid, which are normally associated with Third World arenas, demonstrate the lack of a proper fit for purpose national dental service.
We believe that good quality dental care should be available to everyone and aim to help as many people as we can get justice from the failing service.
